    No, RHUNNER is a service oriented company that provides a variety of services on one site.

  • What services does RHUNNER provide?

    RHUNNER provides:

    • Grocery Shopping and Delivery
    • Restaurant Food Pickup/Delivery
    • Laundry and Dry Cleaning Pickup/ Delivery
    • House Cleaning
    • Pharmacy Prescription pickup/drop off service.
  • How does RHUNNER work?

    • First, you will have to register for an account. 
    • Once registered and access has been granted, you can choose the service(s) you need and add them to the cart. 
    • Once the service(s) have been paid for, a Rhunner service representative will contact you regarding your order request. 
    • For delivery, orders will be delivered at the scheduled time of your choosing. 
    • Other services such as house cleaning will be completed at the time of your choosing.
  • Can I request getting groceries from more than one store?

    You can have more than one store and no additional fees applied.

  • Will all my items be delivered all at once or will it come at different times?

    All, items will be shopped and delivered at the same time.

  • Will I have different shoppers each time?

    What sets RHUNNER apart from other On-Demand Delivery Services is personalized service! 


    This means that the same person will be delivering your groceries or providing whatever other service you may need each time so they’re familiar with your individual needs.

  • Can I save a grocery list and just have them repeat it?

    Absolutely! We at RHUNNER are here to help keep things as simple as possible for you. You select the date(s) you would like your groceries to be delivered, the list you want us to repeat with the delivery time and your order will be delivered on that day and time.

  • Is there a service fee for every store you shop at?

    We charge a service fee between 18-20% of your total bill.

  • What forms of payment is accepted?

    We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal!

  • What is the return policy if an item is damaged?

    We will gladly pick up the damage item and bring a replacement for you.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Yes, you can cancel an order any time 1 hour before your Rhunner Service Representative begins shopping your order.

  • Do you have to have a minimum order amount?

    No, minimum order is required.

  • Does RHUNNER charge a delivery fee?

    No, we do not charge a delivery fee

  • Does RHUNNER service all zip codes?

    At this time, we only service certain zip codes – Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Allen and Plano. 

  • Does RHUNNER have a customer service number?

  • Does RHUNNER have a membership fee?

    No, we don't charge a membership fee. We charge 20% of the total order,
