How do I place an order?

Share your grocery list through the HEB or Walmart app with your shopper via email at services@rhunner.com or text it to 214-564-3052.
What if an item is out of stock?

We'll send you a list of substitute options first. If none of those work and you really need the item, we'll check one other store (we shop at both HEB and Walmart) before ruling it out.
How do I pay?

For your first delivery, we'll send an invoice that must be paid before we head out to deliver. For every delivery after that, you can leave a card on file for a smoother checkout.
How fast is delivery?

Delivery time depends on how busy the stores are, but if you need it fast, we can typically get your order to you within the hour. We're here to serve you on your schedule — from 6 AM when the stores open until 10 PM.
How much does delivery cost?

We offer simple, transparent pricing:

  • Orders under $100 — flat $10
  • $101–$350 — 10%
  • Over $350 — 8%
